Services provided by Jackson-Oliver Mortuary
We offer a variety of service options. It is important to know that the services we offer are intended to help the families as they journey through the grieving and healing process. The following information lists the services that are available. We also offer other services upon request.
- Traditional funeral service including visitation, funeral service and committal service (at funeral home or church)
- Graveside only service
- Traditional service with cremation
- Immediate cremation service
- Memorial Service with visitation
- Veterans funeral
- Direct burial
*all funeral services will meet any religious or personal needs
The following are provided free of charge to each family we serve.
- Filing of insurance forms
- Filing for VA Benefits
- Order VA marker and flag
- Give one free certified death certificate
- Notify Social Security Office of death
- Submit obituaries to media
- Assist family with arranging minister/speakers for funeral service
- Arrange music for service
- Arrange for grave opening and closing
- Arrange for escort to cemetary as needed
- Help arrange a video tribute in rememberance of loved one
- Selection and ordering of casket flowers upon request
- Special recognition of pallbearers and ministers
- Provide laminated obituary bookmarks to family following service
- Provide each family a complimentary food basket
- Sponsor a "Service of Rememberance" each holiday season
- Submit obituaries to media
